CHICK PEAS A LA ROMA 
3 cloves garlic
Oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 can chick peas
2 med. onions
Salt
Pepper

Drain chick peas, place in medium bowl. Cut up (to taste) onion. Chop garlic. Mix all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in refrigerator until well chilled. Serve cold. Serves 6.
