CHICK PEA DIP (Hommus) 
1 can chick peas
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Drain chick peas; whirl remainder in blender. Chill. Serve with Middle Eastern bread or cracker.
