HOMAS (Chick Pea Dip) 
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can chick peas
Water
3 cloves garlic
2 whole lemons
4 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 tsp. salt

Drain chick pea can and fill with fresh water. Put all ingredients, including the lemon rind, in a blender and blend well. Put on serving dish, brush with olive oil and garnish with paprika. Use slices of Syrian bread to dip.
