SEA FOAM SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter, softened slightly
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 pasteurized egg, well beaten
1 cup whipped cream

Beat 2 tablespoons butter with 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 well beaten egg. When smooth, add a pinch of salt and vanilla.

Just before serving, blend with 1 cup whipped cream.
