RED SEA FOOD SAUCE 
This recipe is simple and delicious and the secret is the Roses of Lime. My refrigerator is never without a bottle. I use it in anything that calls for lime. It is found in the liquor section because it is used to make mixed drinks. Great by the way in a Bloody Mary. Try adding it to your favorite tarter sauce recipe and see what a difference it makes.

1 cup Ketchup
3 tbsp. Roses of Lime (found in the liquor department)
3 ttbsp. Horseradish

Combine all ingredients and serve as a sauce for seafood. more or less of any of the three ingredients can be adjusted to suite your taste.
