CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 to 1 1/2 c. rice
Steak sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste
1 can sauerkraut
1 lg. can tomato juice

Combine all together. Wilt cabbage leaves in salt water. Make small balls of hamburger mixture; put in middle of cabbage leaf and roll up, tuck in ends. Take ragged leaves and line bottom of pan.

Place cabbage rolls in pan. Cover with sauerkraut, pour 1 can tomato juice over all and add enough water to cover. Cover pan and cook for 1 hour after it starts boiling. Bake in oven at 350 degrees or cook on top of stove.
