ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. peeled, ground zucchini
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
6 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice

Drain zucchini and boil until clear. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple. Boil 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jello. Stir until dissolved, then put into jars.
