SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. buttermilk
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in buttermilk. Sift dry ingredients together and add in small amounts. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
