CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CANDY 
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks) or butter
1 c. brown sugar
Graham crackers
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips

In saucepan, bring to boil 2 sticks of butter and 1 cup brown sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Place 1 layer graham crackers on foil lined cookie sheet. Spread with caramel mixture. Bake approximately 1 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with bag of chocolate chips and spread. Cool and freeze. Cut into bite size pieces.
