GREEN BEAN CAESAR 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
Paprika

Cut beans in 1 inch pieces and cook. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss beans with salad oil, vinegar, onion, garlic and pepper. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole. Stir together bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
