SAUSAGE CREPES 
Crepes, homemade or bought
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown sausage and onions and drain. Add cheeses and marjoram. Butter a flat casserole and bake covered for 40 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Add butter and sour cream and spoon over crepes. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
