8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream
Prepared pie shell or homemade pie shell, baked

Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell. Chill 3-4 hours.
