Carnation instant milk (box that makes 8 qt.)
11 oz. jar Coffeemate
Hershey's instant chocolate (I use 2 lb. can but I use 2/3 of it)

Mix it all up in large airtight container. I use 6 quart Tupperware container. Use a coffee scoop to measure. Store in airtight container. To make by the cup: boil water and pour in a cup and add 2-3 scoops cocoa mixture or until it tastes good.
