CALIFORNIA SUNSHINE BURGERS 
2 whole grain hamburger buns, halved
2 tbsp. low-cal mayonnaise
4 oat pecan burgers
4 thick tomato slices
1 c. pimiento cashew cheese
Sliced pitted black olives
Chopped green onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hamburger bun halves in baking dish. Spread bun halves with low-cal mayonnaise. Top each half with an oat pecan burger with a thick slice of tomato. Drizzle generously with pimiento cashew cheese. Top each burger with a few sliced black olives. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with green onion. Serve hot.
