APPLE BUTTER CRUNCH | |
4 c. apples (or 3 c. rhubarb) 4 c. blueberries (or as much fruit as you want) 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. rolled oats 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. brown sugar Combine fruit with 1 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine brown sugar, oats, rest of flour and shortening. Sprinkle this over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
