SHARON'S ROTEL SOUP | |
Great cooked/heated in Crock-Pot and served at parties, football games, and for camping! 1 lb. cooked and browned ground beef or diced chicken, drained 1-3 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel tomatoes (add to taste) 1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables (don't drain) 1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained 1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained 2-3 (15 oz. ea.) cans chili beans (mild or hot) 1 1/2 (16 oz ea.) pkgs Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes (can add more cheese to taste) soft tortillas or tortilla chips In large spaghetti or chili pot, add first seven ingredients. Stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and heated through. Serve in bowls with warm tortillas or chips on side. Submitted by: Sharon |
