GRASSHOPPER PARFAIT 
1 qt. lemon sherbet
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
For non-alcohol, try creme de menthe flavoring 1 tsp. and 3 drops or so food coloring

Beat both ingredients in an electric mixture until mushy. Pack into any 4-cup mold. Freeze until firm. To serve, unmold and top with thawed frozen strawberries or raspberries.
