THREE VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans lima beans
2 cans peas
1 finely chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar of pimentos
1/2 c. chopped green onions

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. salad oil
2/3 c. wine vinegar

Heat dressing ingredients so that sugar melts, simmer 5 minutes. Pour cooled dressing over vegetables. Marinate overnight.
