WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 oz. white chocolate, grated
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine first 4 ingredients in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add chocolate; stirring until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in pecans. Frost white chocolate cake.
