WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING | |
3/4 c. white chocolate, melted over low heat 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. butter 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Stir flour into melted chocolate. Add milk, a little at a time, and blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very thick. Cool completely. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add cooled chocolate mixture and beat until icing is the consistency of whipped cream. |
