SUPER CHICKEN SALAD | |
3 c. diced chicken (3 lb. chicken will give 3 c. diced chicken) 1 c. diced celery 1 c. diced green pepper 1 1/2 c. salad dressing 1 tbsp. mustard 1 (5 1/2 oz.) chow mein noodles 1/4 lg. red onion, diced 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges Mix the chicken, vegetables and fruit. Add the mustard mixed with salad dressing. Toss lightly. Let stand 3 ro 4 hours and refrigerate until served. May be served on lettuce. Toss on the chow mein noodles. A very nice cool summer salad. |
