QUICHE 
2 c. half and half
4 eggs
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Precooked vegetables (broccoli or spinach)
Bacon (4 or 5 slices cooked and crumbled)
Unbaked deep dish pie crust
Parsley flakes and pepper to taste

Precook pie crust 5 minutes at 375 degrees. Arrange bacon, vegetables, and cheese on crust. Beat half and half, spices and eggs together. Pour over other ingredients in crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
