CHICKEN LIVER SPREAD 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. chicken livers
2 tbsp. calorie reduced butter
2 eggs, hard cooked

Saute onion and chicken livers in butter. Cook until livers are done. Put livers, onion and egg in blender or processor. Process until ingredients are smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. 18 calories per tablespoon. Great spread on crackers for parties.
