MARASCHINO SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello (small size)
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple juice and all

Mix Jello and hot water, cool, set in refrigerator and stir occasionally. Sprinkle cream cheese over whip cream and whip in. Add the nuts, cherries, celery and pineapple. When the Jello is about set whip and fold the two mixtures together. Pour into 8 x 12 buttered flat pan. Return to refrigerator to set. Cut into squares.
