SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chopped meat
1 egg
6 Uneeda or saltine crackers, crumbled
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 diced onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Mix meat, egg, crackers, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form small meatballs and fry in a little oil and set aside on paper. Stew 1 onion in large pot with a little oil. When onion is golden in color, add tomato sauce, sugar, lemon juice and water. Cook, covered for 1/2 hour, then add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour. I usually triple this recipe. Can be frozen.
