SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onions (sauteed in fat)
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sausage seasoning

Mix until light and fluffy. Drop by spoonfuls in flour. Form into balls. Brown; add 1/2 cup water and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Old family recipe.
