SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
3 lbs. ground chuck
Dry Lipton onion soup mix
1 lg. can Pet milk
Bread crumbs

SAUCE FOR MEAT BALLS:

3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 drops Tabasco sauce
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard

Mix all meatball ingredients well. Shape into balls about the size of a walnut. Brown in skillet, using butter. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Pour over meat balls. Serve hot in chafing dish. Serves 30.
