HOT WASSAIL PUNCH 
10 qts. cranberry juice
30 qts. apple juice
20 (6 inch) sticks cinnamon
5 c. sugar
20 whole allspice or 20 tsp. allspice
1 lg. bottle red food coloring

Measure spices into cheese cloth, tie and float in kettle of mixed juices. Bring to boil and simmer 3-5 minutes. Yield: 240 punch cups.
