POTATO CASSEROLE 
24 oz. bag frozen O'Brien potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread potatoes in dish. Mix all ingredients and spread on top of potatoes.

Combine 3 cups corn flakes (crushed roughly) and 1/2 stick melted butter and put on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Can have everything ready early and just put corn flake mixture on top before baking).
