CHOCOLATE OATMEAL SCONES 
1 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. cocoa
16 sugar substitutes

In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the oats and cocoa. Add the eggs and stir until the dry ingredients are moistened (the dough will be sticky). On a lightly floured surface roll or pat the dough into a 7 inch circle. Cut the circle into 12 wedges. Place the wedges on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
