PORK CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. or can of rinsed sauerkraut
6 to 8 pork cutlets, well trimmed
1 can Mushroom soup and a little white wine
1 sliced fresh onion

Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 1 hour. Add can of O & C onions - continue baking about 10 minutes until onions are crisp.
