1/3 c. orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. walnuts

Combine orange juice concentrate, lemon extract, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Heat until mixture becomes creamy and loses sugary look. Stir constantly, mix in walnuts and pour onto wax paper. Separate walnuts and cool. Store in tight jar.
