HEALTHY MILK SHAKES 
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. instant dry milk powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. liquid sugar substitute
1 tbsp. unsweetened chocoalte
5 to 6 ice cubes

STRAWBERRY:

Use fresh strawberries instead of chocolate (to taste).

BANANA:

Use fresh banana to taste. Put ingredients in blender on whip while dropping ice cubes into blender one at a time.
