LO CAL BANANA MILK SHAKES 
1 lg. ripe banana
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. ice water
1/2 c. crushed ice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk

Slice banana into electric blender or bowl. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Pour the remaining ingredients in and beat until smooth and fluffy. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Yields 2 servings.
