CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
30 whole graham crackers
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Line pan with whole graham crackers. Mix vanilla pudding and 3 cups milk. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread this over graham crackers and top with another layer of graham crackers. Using a mixer beat until glossy: 3 tablespoons Hershey's cocoa, 1 tablespoon oil, 3 tablespoons milk, 6 tablespoons butter and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Pour over graham crackers. Chill.
