BRICHER APPLE MUESLI 
1 tbsp. oatmeal or Grapenuts
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. unpeeled apple
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. wheat germ

Soak cereal in 2 tablespoons water overnight. In the morning add the lemon juice and sweetened milk. Stir well. Quickly shred one large unpeeled apple into the mixture. Stir in honey and wheat germ. Serve at once with milk.
