MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 handfuls of flavored bread crumbs
1 egg
1/3 c. (scant) water
Shake in Romano cheese

Mix and roll into small balls (bite size). Brown in oven at 350 degrees, turning or until well browned.

SAUCE:

1 lg. can Hunts tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomato paste
2 tomato paste size cans of water
1 onion, diced
Salt and oregano, to taste

Cook 15 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer 1 hour. Crock pot slow cooker works well. Nice for buffet type dinners and can be served with slotted spoon and eaten with toothpicks.
