CHICKEN POT PIE 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mixed vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
2 or 3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick pancake mix

Boil chicken until tender. Debone chicken. Combine chicken, mushroom soup, chicken soup and mixed vegetables in a casserole dish. Mix 1/2 cup chicken broth. Mix 1 cup Bisquick mix, 1 cup milk, 2-3 tablespoons butter in small bowl for topping. Spread over the top of chicken. Bake on 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is brown.
