BRUNCH EGG DISH 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 to 4 sm. cans whole chilies

Combine eggs, milk and flour. Mix well with an electric mixer. In a large Pyrex dish, sprinkle 1/2 of the cheeses. Add a layer of chilies to cover pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Pour egg mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
