HOT FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 can each all drained: sliced peaches, chunk pineapple, dark sweet cherries, apricot halves
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. curry powder

Combine all fruit in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with brown sugar. Cut butter in pats and dot over top. Sprinkle curry powder on top. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Refrigerate overnight. Reheat before serving. The more you reheat, the better it gets.
