NO BAKE CHERRY PIE 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) cherry flavored gelatin
4 c. fresh or frozen chopped red cherries
2 c. whipped cream
2 (8 inch) baked pie shells

Bring cornstarch, sugar and water to a boil over low heat, boil 2 minutes until thick and clear. Stir in gelatin until dissolved, add cherries. Chill until mixture starts to set, then fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shells and chill.
