CHILI RELLENO PUFF 
17 whole green chilies (fresh or canned)
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Use 7x11 inch baking dish. Layer chilies and Jack cheese. Combine eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and garlic salt and pour over chilies and cheese. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
