1 c. Coca-Cola
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

ICING:

4 tbsp. Coca-Cola
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Heat Coca-Cola, cocoa and butter together until butter is melted. Pour over flour and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Icing: Heat Coca-Cola, cocoa and butter together until melted. Pour over powdered sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Spread over cake.
