STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
3 bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Fold in strawberries, pineapple and bananas; nuts, if desired. Pour one half of mixture in pan and refrigerate until firm. (Don't allow remaining half to set by stirring now and then.) Spread sour cream that is at room temperature over top of firm Jello. Pour remaining Jello on top. Chill again.
