QUICHE LORRAINE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 c. (8 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. half and half
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or 3/4 c. chopped ham
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Toss cheese and flour. Add other ingredients; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
