STRAWBERRY CREAM SQUARES 
Dissolve 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries (with juice); stir occasionally until thawed. Add 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple and 2 large ripe bananas, finely diced.

Pour half into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill firm. Spread evenly with 1 cup dairy sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin on top. Chill firm. Cut into 9 squares.
