STRAWBERRY ANGEL SQUARES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries
1 tsp. sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 (10-inch) angel food cake
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sugar, salt and thawed strawberries. Cool until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in whipped cream. Cover bottom of 9-inch square pan with cake which has been torn into pieces. Pour 1/2 strawberry mixture on top. Add another layer of cake and remaining gelatin. Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries, after cutting into squares. Serves 8 to 10.
