REBA'S SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter 2 eggs TOPPING: 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans In a large bowl, mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle evenly over potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
