GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
Spray 13 by 9 pan with Pam. Spread 1 cup coconut and 1 1/2 cups pecans over bottom of pan. Mix 1 box German chocolate cake mix per directions. Pour over coconut and pecans. Melt 1 stick of butter and 8 ounces cream cheese. Add one box powdered sugar. Spoon on top of cake, spread around with spoon. Bake at 350, 45 minutes. Shut off oven, let stand approximately 15 more minutes. Check center to be sure firm. |
