1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Sift dry ingredients into ungreased pan. Mix vanilla, oil, vinegar and water and pour over dry ingredients. Mix with fork. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cupcakes: Mix everything in bowl. Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 15.
